16 DAY SAFARI - 6 PARKS*

DAY 1*
On arrival, You will be met by an Almax Tours & Travel
Representative who will brief you on your Safari and later depending on arrival time, you will either go for a nature walk at Zika forest or visit UWEC Uganda Wildlife Education Center. There after you will be taken back to the Imperial Botanical beach Hotel for dinner and over night. HB*

DAY2*
After breakfast drive to Lake Mburo National Park stopping for lunch en-route. In the afternoon, we shall have a Game Drive in Lake Mburo National Park with its unique characteristic of acacia woodland, it is the only National Park where you can see the beautiful gigantic Eland. The seven Lakes with their surrounding swamps hide secretive papyrus specialists such as the sitatunga antelope and red, black and yellow papyrus gonalek. You will also be able to see species like the Red faced Barbet, Brown Chested Plover, Southern Ground Hornbill, Yellow Warbler, Yellow Billed Oxpecker and African Finfoot. Dinner and Overnight at Mantana Tented Camp . HB*

DAY3 *
The drive from Lake Mburo,to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, will take you through the mountainous and heavily terraced area of Kigezi, aptly named "the Switzerland of Africa". Stop at beautiful Lake Bunyonyi – Lake of Little Birds – before continuing to Bwindi Impenetrable With lunch enroute. The evergreen forests combined with excellent service are relaxing after the day's journey. Dinner and Overnight at Mantana Tented Camp. FB*

DAY 4 *
Early morning your guides will brief you before you head towards the dense forest for trekking of Gorillas and an intimate interaction with these gentle and endangered animals. The forest also affords you the viewing of other primates i.e, blue monkeys, L'oehst Monkeys, Red Tailed Monkeys and Chimpanzees, along with a variety of birdlife. The time spent trekking in this unspoiled tropical forest and watching the Gorillas is certainly worth the effort. Have a relaxing evening, evening at Mantana Tented Camp. Dinner and overnight . DAY 5 *
Go into the forest for a repeat of the Mountain Gorilla Tracking experience or choose a less demanding forest walk. Lunch at the Camp. Dinner and overnight at Mantana Camp. *

DAY 6 *
With packed lunch, Leave the Gorilla Sanctuary for the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park. View the amazing contrast in scenery as you move from dense forest to open grasslands dotted with flat-topped acacia and primeval euphorbia trees. Famous for its tree-climbing Lions, this part of the Park is also known for large herds of Buffalo and Kob. Continue to Mweya Safari Lodge on the shore of Lake Edward for dinner and overnight.

DAY 7 *
Start your day with the excitement of an early morning Game Drive. Then visit the volcanic area of Queen Elizabeth National Park. with its many salt lakes and extinct craters. In the afternoon,have a Launch Cruise on the Kazinga Channel, which joins Lakes George and Edward. From the comfort of your boat you can watch for Elephant and other Game on the shore. Hippopotamus, Crocodiles and water birds can be seen along the banks. Overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge. HB.*

DAY 8 *
Early morning departure for a visit to Semliki National Park ,and the Sempaya Hot Springs. This particular area is largely untouched by man. As the Park borders with the vast forest of the Republic of Congo, several species of birds and animals are unique to the park. Dinner and Overnight at Semliki Safari Lodge. FB*

DAY 9 *
The morning will be spent exploring the lush forest filled with primates and birds. Then after lunch, you will go in search of Leopards and other primates. Dinner and overnight at Semliki Safari Lodge. HB*

DAY 10 *
Leisurely drive to Kibale Forest. This mature hardwood forest harbours 13 species of primates and 325 bird species and butterflies. On arrival, you will have lunch. You will have a free afternoon and thereafter you may go for walks and exploration of the surroundings. Dinner and overnight at Ndali Lodge. FB.*

DAY 11 *
Early morning rise for the treeking of chimpanzees in Kibale Forest National Park. The forest is also home to other primates like grey cheeked Mangabeys, Baboons and Vervet Monkeys. We will have a Picnic lunch at Bigodi Forest Camp. In the afternoon ,you will go for a forest walk through the swamps to see birds and primates at close range. Dinner and overnight at Ndali Lodge. HB*

DAY 12 *
After breakfast depart for Murchison Falls N. P. through the towns of Kagadi and Hoima with lunch en-route. Continue your journey to Sambiya River Lodge, which is centrally located in the Park. With its picturesque setting and reputation for good service, the lodge is also a perfect base for your last three nights of your Safari. FB*

DAY 13 *
Enjoy an early morning drive to the top of the Murchison Falls where you will see the Nile crash through a 6 metre gorge. In the afternoon, you will go for a spectacular Launch Cruise to the bottom of Murchison Falls. You will see Large Crocodiles, Hippopotamus, numerous Water Birds and other Game can also be spotted from the Cruise. Back to Sambiya River Lodge for dinner and overnight. FB*

DAY 14 *
Cross the Nile for an early Game Drive on the northern bank of the river. Game normally found or spotted here include the Uganda Kob, Hartebeest, elephants, Rothchild's Giraffe, Cape Buffalo, Topi and Lions. After lunch, relax, then go for a forest walk. Dinner and Overnight at Sambiya River Lodge. FB*

DAY 15 *
Depart Murchison Falls for Kampala through Masindi and Luwero Districts. See traditional homesteads and farms en-route. Arrive in Kampala/Entebbe early evening. Dinner and overnight at The Imperial Botanical Beach Hotel. HB*

DAY16 *
After breakfast and briefing, we will then go for a Tour of Kampala Visit Craft Shops,then drive to the Airport for your departure.
